The front desk personnel at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. Andrés specifically stood out for his kind and welcoming demeanor. The high ceilings in the room kept it cool during the summer, and we appreciated the fact that there were no children running around during our stay. One great perk was that we could receive tea cups and hot water without any extra charges.
We felt absolutely spoiled during our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including allowing us an early check-in after a long flight and assisting us with our luggage.

Our stay at Hotel Reina Victoria was a delightful experience. The front desk personnel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One staff member in particular, Andrés, stood out with his kind and friendly nature. The hotel's high ceilings kept our room wonderfully cool during the summer. We were pleased to find a peaceful atmosphere without any noisy children running around. Another great perk was the option to receive tea cups and hot water at no additional charge.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as the bed lining not being fully white and the stairs being a bit worrisome for those with mobility issues, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay at Hotel Reina Victoria. Being in the heart of the city center made it incredibly easy for me to explore all the attractions and get around quickly. The historic building itself added charm to my experience, and the clean bathroom was a plus. Despite the occasional noise at night due to the building's age, I had a comfortable stay overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. With its perfect location and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Valparaiso.

Conveniently located at the heart of Valparaíso's civic centre, Hotel Reina Victoria provides a great base for exploring the city. The rooms may be small, but the modern bathrooms are a pleasant surprise. The hotel's British heritage is evident in its antiques and fun displays. The staff at reception provided helpful information upon our arrival. Despite some drawbacks such as noise from the streets and lack of amenities like a blow-dryer, I would recommend this hotel for those on a budget or looking for a unique experience in Valparaíso. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and unique character.

I had an amazing value for my money at Hotel Reina Victoria. The room was super comfortable, especially the bed. The location was fantastic, right opposite the port and railway station, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite our limited Spanish.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better would be to have a wider variety of choices.
